Development of an advanced SMS text back application
Adapt created an in-house software solution to better communicate with distributed workforces using SMS technology. The solution grew into the ad market and was further developed to provide a simple text-back service. Adapt continues to support and update the software that is now used by premier league football teams, Archant, KOS and BT to name just a few.
