In 2007 David Green developed a mobile communication application (Mia Mobile) that would provide a non-technical and distributed workforce a better way of communicating. The following year, while working with the Blenheim Palace Property department, David Green founded the property text back idea and later enhanced the Mia Mobile application to offer 'property text backs'.

Property Text Back was born.

Property Text Back is a mobile content service focused exclusively on the property market which delivers pictures and property details to your mobile phone. The service enables interested parties to access information on properties instantly from property boards/ hoardings, press adverts, on the radio and in other media 24/7.

David Green sold the software application to private investors in 2008 but continues to support the development and marketing of the product.
