Client: The National Physical laboratory
NPL is the UK’s national standards laboratory, and one of
the world’s foremost centres for measurement and standards.
David Green worked with Trainor Thornton to create a series of marketing
campaigns and reporting tools that would dramatically increase site
visibility and enhance CRM.
Result: A system that explicitly tracks customer
activity, and allows NPL through back-end administration tools to
position marketing elements based on real-time analysis of customer
behaviour. A 20% increase in users coming
to the site through the use of targeted e-marketing campaigns.
