Developing the Marketing Effectiveness of the NPL Website

 

NPL is the UK's national standards laboratory, and one of the world's foremost centres for measurement and standards. David Green worked with Trainor Thornton to create a series of marketing campaigns and reporting tools that would dramatically increase site visibility and enhance CRM.

 

Result: A system that explicitly tracks customer activity, and allows NPL through back-end administration tools to position marketing elements based on real-time analysis of customer behaviour. A 20% increase in users coming to the site through the use of targeted e-marketing campaigns.
